AT LOCALIZATIONLAB WE ARE COMMITTED TO THE ART OF TRANSLATION

We live in an internationally oriented world where there are large multinational linguistic service providers that translate millions of words every month, much like translation factories. Five years ago, we launched LocalizationLab, with the goal of doing things differently.

We established our company to go one step further and offer an end-to-end service that hinges on listening to our clients and working in close connection with our translators. We know all our translators first hand, and we have an in-depth selection process based on their qualifications, experience and recommendations by other reliable linguists.

We founded LocalizationLab to offer top quality work and a premium, flexible and customer-oriented service.

For this reason, the relationship with both our clients and translators is extremely important:

• We aim to achieve a working relationship based on reliability, professionalism and respect. The process we use involves the client. We also work with two translators on every translation project, one who translates and the other (an expert in the area of the text) who reviews and checks the final outcome.
• We work with specific glossaries and translation memories for every client.
• We aim for our company to be flexible, in order to strike a healthy balance between the professional life we are so passionate about and the family life we love.
• We work with professional and qualified translators. We pay our translators fair rates so they can make a decent living from their profession and devote the required time to the project at hand.
• Our goal is to help Catalan and Spanish companies sell their products and services internationally, while allowing them to feel completely confident about making a good impression.
• We also want to help companies from other countries sell their products and services here, as if they were based locally.
• We aim for complete customer satisfaction to make our clients stand out through using the best possible choice of words.
